Working as a group

I didn’t realize I was very passive in working a set with a huge sum of people before we had to make a set for the “Great expectation” project. I like group work, especially cooperating with colleagues.  Yet working with a huge sum of colleagues was just tough, especially in the beginning since everyone gave out comments, instead of preceding the discussion.  Our organization was quite poor.   And we only cared for our own ideas but barely try to correspond.   It was my weakness and I ought to be more active and positive next time.    Raise my voice and do better. 

Oh yah talking about group work, the same thing happened in the Perform Project in the beginning of the course.  All of us were split into groups and worked out props or script or costumes.   It was fun.  But perhaps we were so unfamiliar to one another, that made corporation difficult.
